One Electrical was approached and asked if we could carry out the electrical design and installation of a new processing plant installation that had a very tight time frame. We worked with the customer and came up with the best and most versatile electrical solution.
We installed one main control cabinet in the main processing hall which included the processing plant power distribution, motor controls and the main Allen Bradley PLC Rack. There was one additional control cabinet for the back half of the plant. This consisted of motor controls and Remote I/O linked by Ethernet back to the Main PLC. One Electrical developed a Allen Bradley SCADA system for the overall view, operation and monitoring of the plant. The system was linked to the plants network allowing us to remotely log onto the system at any stage.

We were continuously communicating with the customer and main contractor throughout the project in order to achieve a smooth running installation. We supplied full handover documentation including as built drawings, commissioning sheets, hardware manuals. We conducted a training session on the system for the plant managers and maintenance staff.
This plant went in to production in early December 2015.
